I initially contacted the Tanya Eklund group because I loved the empowerment of an all women team! After my initial contact, I began working with Megan McFadden. I was unsure if I wanted to list my house and Megan helped me weigh my options and decide when the time was right to put my home up for sale. Unfortunately personal circumstances warranted the selling of my home. A quicker sale while still achieving good value was the objective. I knew Tanya more on a personal level however the reputation she has built as a realtor was always in the conversation. So I had no issue reaching out to her and her team. I believe the main quality Tanya brought to the process was her honesty and directness as to the pricing of our home to meet the objectives.
